Quick and short recap on the tour stop in Denver, CO at the SOLD OUT Summit Music Hall.
Yap, due to several interviews and me being a social butterfly; a few bands unfortunately were missed through out the day. But those ones I did manage to watch kicked some serious ass. Check out some of the pictures accompanied and hopefully you will be able to attend when this tour rolls thru a town near you!
Within The Ruins – missed; Fleshgod Apocalypse check out right here (already did a full review on them); As Blood Runs Black, Oceano and Powerglove – missed; Dying Fetus – wouldn’t miss for the world!
Check out some live footage by Superskum and form your own opinion. He uploaded several clips, go check them out!
Stellar performance with the crowd surfers coming over the barriers non stop!
Barnes and Steve Swanson are the only members left from back in the day, but they managed to get a kick ass stellar line-up together for (hopefully) years to come. Rob Arnold and Matt DeVries from Chimaira and Kevin Talley from Daath but formerly also Chimaira rounded out the SFU formation. Anyhoo, it was great seeing them all play together and the audience sure as hell appreciated the Cannibal Corpse songs in the set list.

Darkest Hour; see Dying Fetus with the stars not aligned comment! Holy crap, honestly I believe it was during their tour with At the Gates that I saw John Henry and Co. the last time.
I was so looking forward to hear their new material, since I really dig their latest album The Human Romance, and needless to say, it sounded great live. Mike on guitar apparently had the time of his life on stage; dude didn’t stand still for one second! The audience really got into their set as well with the mosh pit and crowd surfers going strong. Did an interview with Mike before their set so check it out here

Whitechapel; missed most of their set but the guys always put on a great show and the little I saw was awesome.
The Black Dahlia Murder was once again headlining the tour and just like in 2008 they made sure everyone in attendance got what they paid for.
Make sure you check out Superskum who will upload more live clips of the bands!
